Refund policy

The trial lasts 30 days and requires no card. Nothing is charged during the trial; if you do not activate a plan, the firm switches to read-only mode and no charge is made.

If you subscribe or switch to a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that charge, without having to give a reason. After that period, charges already made are not refundable, unless the law of your country provides otherwise or the charge was made in error or duplicated.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription section. Cancelling stops future charges. When the subscription ends, the firm switches to read-only mode: you can view and export your data, and the retention and deletion calendar described in the privacy policy then applies.

Email the contact address with your account email and the date of the charge. We reply within 5 business days. When applicable, the refund is issued to the original payment method through our payment provider; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
